For anyone who has thought about joining this dental surgery I would highly recommend this practice. Outstanding attitudes. the hygienist I had today was brilliant, she’s really gentle as I have sensitive teeth. Both ladies at reception are 10/10. Always a positive experience.
I had a great experience at the dentist. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, and everything was explained clearly throughout my appointment. A special mention to Caroline on reception, who was lovely, helpful, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Excellent service all around—I would definitely recommend this practice.
After many bad experiences with dentists in the past I was very apprehensive coming here. But from the very first consultation through several appointments I have to say what a great experience I’ve had attending the clinic in Hamilton. All of the staff including Lauren getting me my treatment plan to Jack, Audrey, Danni and Caroline have made the experience so pleasant including entertaining and keeping my daughter happy when she’s had to attend appointments with me. Cannot thank them enough.
Recently seen Jack for a smile makeover. The service from the entire team of nurses, receptionists and Lauren the smile advisor was brilliant. Jack took his time to discuss treatment options and then I confirmed with Lauren before committing to any treatment. I felt listened to and well advised. The treatment plan was executed perfectly and I’m delighted with the outcome of my treatment. For anyone needing that confidence boost and want to bring their smile back to life- I would highly recommend Jack. A caring dentist, with his patients interests at the centre of the plan.
